ICANDO operates under strict health and safety regulations. We employ a Health and Safety Manager to support the centre managers and their teams to implement strict health and safety procedures.

Risk assessments

We complete risk assessments for every element of the site and every activity. These risk assessments are reviewed regularly and then checked by our Health and Safety Manager. These complement our general risk assessments for fire and food risk, and our continuous safety testing.

Before using external suppliers, we firstly check their risk assessments, public liability insurance and training (if applicable), and review other paperwork required that is specific to their role or the service they are providing. All risk assessments for our events, both our own and those from external suppliers, are available throughout the event on request.
